Cardiff - Seaview Buildings

Seaview Buildings are an historic part of Cardiff’s landscape and have been created inside the former drawing office of the East Moors Steelworks, once such a familiar landmark on Cardiff’s skyline. The preservation and refurbishment is another successful example of how a derelict building can be revived, renewed and given a sustainable and viable future. The property now provides nearly 20,000 ft² of high quality office space over four floors. Stephenson & Alexander have been involved in this development project undertaken by the Seaview Partnership from it’s outset. Providing ongoing valuation advice, whilst also carrying out an agency role seeking potential tenants and purchasers for the property.
