Jonathan N Baines BSc FRICS
Jon is an experienced professional with 20 years of experience in the UK commercial property market based in London, and 6 years (1989 to 1995) setting up and running the Spanish operation for Healey & Baker, where he was equity partner. His experience during this time has been in all the main commercial property sectors (office, retail and industrial) and since 1996 his focus has been on the UK investment market, particularly in London and the south east. He has an extensive network of relationships throughout the UK and Europe with experience of setting up new businesses as well as managing, structuring and financing investment transactions for UK-based and overseas investors.
Between 1998 and 2000, Jonathan was the Investment Manager for Europe for the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, overseeing both direct and indirect property investment and development work across Europe. This experience has proved invaluable in understanding the analysis and track record required for investment funds and has helped him establish exceptional contacts across the commercial property industry.
