Stephenson & Alexander is a very well known, respected and long established firm of chartered surveyors – a natural alternative to the major national firms with the same quality of advice being delivered by experienced staff with a more personal service, who are directly involved in so much that is going on in today’s commercial property market.

We are involved across Wales from the Severn Crossings on the east side, to Aberystwyth and northwards to Newtown and Wrexham. We are a specialist niche practice involved over the wider UK area, particularly the M4 Corridor and into central London. We have offices in Cardiff and a base in Hanover Square in the West End of London.

S&A has been in professional practice for over 180 years and is a very well known firm working for a limited number of clients including major corporate companies, private clients, pension funds and property companies. Experienced senior personnel undertake the majority of the work for clients.

The firm is a specialist in property investment and development, also concentrating on the specialist area of foodstore work. Working for a reasonable number of clients that it can service with personal attention and is very active in most aspects of commercial property. For example in the occupier office property sector the firm is now retained to acquire offices for a number of companies rather thatn buying to let a large number of properties for landlords. Whilst the firm is actively involved in commercial property development appraisal it also has considerable experience in advising on residential property development sites.

The firm is an original founder member of PAI (Property Agents International) and the Welsh representatives within the organisation – this is a network of niche and independent firms of property advisers practising throughout most of the UK. We advise on all property sectors – retail, office, industrial and leisure.

The firm was originally set up in Cardiff in 1826 and in this region S&A has an increasing involvement in the commercial property market and an unparalleled knowledge of property.
